I spent over six years at Kearney honing my operational and analytical toolkit before becoming an operator at a KKR portfolio company, leading strategy and transformation from inside the business. I experienced firsthand what it takes to transform a company in a hands-on way. Recognizing a gap in how PE-backed middle market businesses are supported, I co-founded Strategic Ops Partners. Today, I work alongside management teams to build stronger companies—combining a consultant’s insight with an operator’s mindset.
